This great apartment located very near the Villa Chigi park has three bedrooms and one bathroom. When you enter the building you must go down one level in order to access the apartment. The apartment is on the back of the building so the area is very quiet and has many trees.

Utility bills cost up to €75 during the summer and about €105 during the winter.
