Neighborhood information

The main convenience of this area is that you are near the train and central bus station, making it easy to arrive in and depart from Rome. It also allows for easy access to other parts of the city as well as all of the historical sites that Rome has to offer. The main train station, Stazione Termini, adjoins Piazza della Repubblica, and for many visitors it is their first introduction to Rome. Though Termini may not have the typical charm of Rome, there are a lot of affordable dining and shopping options and its convenient location makes it an ideal neighborhood for those who need to commute to work. There is a fair amount to see in this district, including the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, the artifacts at Palazzo Massimo alle Terme, and the Baths of Diocletian.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is sunny and very well presented with vibrant blue storage cabinets. It is equipped with all you need for cooking including two fridges, a gas stove and an oven.
  • There are two large and modern bathrooms to be shared by all tenants.
  • All bedrooms are comfortable and well-equipped.
  • There is a washing machine allowing you to do your laundry at home.
  • With single and double rooms available, you can choose an option to suit your personal preferences.
  • The apartment will be cozy even during the cold winter months, with natural gas heaters available throughout.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no living room but there is a dining table with four chairs in the kitchen where you could get together with your roommates for a meal or a drink.
