The completely renovated apartment boasts wooden floors throughout the property and though all rooms are exterior, they are equipped with double-paned windows to block out any noise. The neighborhood is called Pigneto and it is a hip area full of cafes and plenty of culinary options to keep everyone satisfied! Situated in this lively district, the apartment allows tenants to enjoy an authentic Roman lifestyle. As an added plus, this flat has a sofa in the kitchen area where you can hang out with your new roommates! The total area of this property is 75 m2
