The area is also full of bars, restaurants and you may also find supermarkets where you can do your daily shopping. The area of the apartment is 65 m2.
This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which isn’t equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and central water heating. You can dry your clothes on the racks inside the apartment. The minimum lease for this apartment is 180 days (6 months).
To reach a metro station, you will have to take a bus or tramway which are available just around the corner. You can reach the city center from the Serenissima station in just 30 minutes.
