Two double rooms with private bathrooms are available for rent in a fabulous 2 bedroom apartment. This modern flat is very tidy, beautifully presented and receives plenty of natural light. Both the rooms and the common areas are fully-equipped, including central heating. This lovely home features a large open plan kitchen and living area where you can comfortably cook your meals and chill at the end of the day. It is located on Via Val d'aosta, in the neighbourhood of Monte Sacro. This apartment is ideal for nature lovers, as it is located very close to the beautiful natural reserve Valle dell'Aniene. This vast natural park extends for 650ha along the urban river Aniene, and offers a fantastic natural setting to mountain bike, hike and de-stress! The total floor area of the apartment is 60 sqm.

Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 has a window facing the street and the railway, but it is equipped with quality windows which isolate most of the noise.
