The apartment has a floor area of 110 sqm and the landlord, an elegant man in his 60s, lives on the same house, but on a separate flat located above the rental unit.

What we liked the most

  • There is a pool table in the living area! Just imagine the fun you will have challenging your flatmates to a game.
  • The kitchen is spacious and comfortable and has a practical 5-element gas stove, allowing you to cook several things at the same time.
  • There is a large dinning table with enough space to get the whole flat together for a meal.
  • Each room has its own bathroom offering good storage space for toiletries.
  • The flat will be comfortable and cosy all year-round with central A/C and heating. There is also a cool antique-style fireplace in the living area.
  • The landlord lives just above the flat, so you will be able to easily get in touch with him if you need any assistance.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 1 has one single bed at the moment, but there is a chance to add another single bed on the mezzanine level within this room.
  • Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 single beds, but there is the option to add another single bed to accommodate 3 people.
