This large 110 sqm 3-bedroom apartment is bright and peaceful. Two of its rooms are equipped with double beds, and 1 with a single bed. The double rooms can be rented by either a single person or a couple. Guests will share use of 2 bathrooms, a cosy dining/living area and a spacious kitchen equipped with a gas stove, an oven and a dishwasher. This interior apartment is located on via Di Torre Maura, approximately 30 minutes from San Giovanni, one of the most fun and vibrant districts of Rome. The University Tor Vergata is 20 minutes away by foot, making these rooms ideal for students.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been recently renovated, and is equipped with modern furniture and accessories.
  • As you enter the flat you will find a bright dining room, interconnected to a very comfortable living area furnished with 2 sofas and a large TV.
  • With a range of rooms for rent, furnished with either single or double beds, these rooms are suitable for couples or singles.
  • The kitchen provides another dining area, and there is also plenty of storage space.
  • The apartment is very quiet as it faces a courtyard rather than the street. From all windows you can see trees and green areas.
  • There are 2 bathrooms, one of them equipped with a bath tub.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is away from the city centre, but very close to the metro.
  • The landlord lives on-site (bedroom 1), so you will be able to easily get hold of him for assistance.
