The room for rent has a lofted bed and its private bathroom, while the house itself has a beautifully maintained garden and the kitchen is spacious, fully equipped, and luminous. For students seeking to live in a tranquil place with lots of privacy and nature, this is a perfect option! As an added bonus, utilities are included in the rental price.

- The villa is absolutely precious! Our favorite feature was hands down the green-filled garden.
- The room for rent has a private bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathroom, and a modern shower. The room itself has a lofted bed, leaving more space for tenants to stretch out.
- The house uses wooden furniture to create a beautiful rustic look. You'll feel like you're living in a cabin!
- As the European University of Rome is a bus ride away, students of this school would benefit from having this fully furnished room as their base.
