Neighborhood information

Trieste and Nomentano is a part of town that is mostly residential. It is upscale and the Romans consider it to be one of the most desirable places in which to live. It is a modern part of town with most building having been built in the early 1900s as opposed to the rest of Rome with its ancient monumental structures. The area is a home to many parks and piazzas where you will be able to find a number of friendly locals - perfect for striking a conversation and seeing this city from a perspective of a resident. Overall, this is part of the city is considered to be very safe and extremely social, with many gatherings taking place on Piazza Bologna.

What we liked the most

  • As you enter the apartment you will find a common room furnished with a dining table, sofa and television.
  • The shared kitchen is very spacious, has been recently renovated, and is equipped with a dishwasher to help keep it tidy.
  • There are several built-in wardrobes in the hallway which can be used to store any items you do not need in the room.
  • Bedrooms 2 and 4 have televisions, and all rooms have an independent key.
  • There are two bathrooms, each to be shared by only two rooms.
  • Bedroom 4 can accommodate a couple.
  • The apartment has two balconies and a terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs.
  • There are two refrigerators, one in the kitchen and one in the hallway.
