The location is extremely convenient as it is well-connected to the rest of the city, but it also has the advantage of being surrounded by supermarkets, well-priced restaurants, and bars. This charming apartment offers a traditional Italian decor with beautiful vintage furniture in the bedrooms and living areas. The attached terrace offers plenty of space to entertain guests, furnished with benches, a dining table, and adorned with a variety of plants. For added convenience, all utilities come included in the rental price.


This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on an individual rack out on the terrace.
