This 80m2 shared apartment features air conditioning, as well as heating, ensuring comfort in any season of the year.
This apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on the balcony. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property. There is a cleaning service provided that occurs twice a week and includes fresh bed linen and towels.
Cipro metro station is a few steps away and bus stations with services for bus numbers 23, 31, 33, 70, 247, 492, 913, N11, N1, and N6 is just outside the apartment.

While the district is away from other well known Rome attractions, it is a home to the famous Vatican City, San Pietro church and many more sites connected to the Pope. The area is well connected to the city centre due to plenty of bus routes and tramway services available, along with the Valle Aurelia train station that can take you to the Stazione Trastevere station in 10 minutes, Ostiense station in 15 minutes and Tiburtina station in 20 minutes. This district is also a home to LUMSA University which hosts many Erasmus students as well as Rome locals, creating a fantastic social atmosphere just a short distance away from the Vatican City. Take a stroll down one of the typical cobblestone streets, admire the buildings and do not forget to stop in one of the restaurants to try the delicious Italian cuisine!
