Rooms are available to rent in a 120 m², 4-bedroom apartment in María Luisa in Seville. The apartment is spacious and bright with plenty of windows allowing in lots of natural light. There are 2 bathrooms between the 4 tenants so you will never be kept waiting, and the kitchen is equipped with both oven and dishwasher.
María Luisa, also known as the Sur district, is home to the famous Parque de María Luisa. The property itself is located in El Porvenir, a characterful corner of the city close to Plaza de España. This is a well-connected neighbourhood with a vibrant nightlife and many authentic tapas bars as well as Mexican, American and Japanese restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is a fantastic extra outdoor space with enough room for chair where you could sit with a beer on a warm evening.
- AC will be a welcome addition during the scorching summer months.
- A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
- There is a comfortable living area complete with 2 armchairs, a sofa and flat-screen TV, the perfect place to relax or socialise.
- This is a great location for students as the area is home to the main Universidad de Sevilla campus in the Prado de San Sebastián.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord does not speak English but this gives you the perfect opportunity to practice your Spanish.
