Neighborhood information

Triana: Across from the Guadalquivir from the city center, Triana is a vibrant area that has historically housed the city’s Roma population. It also has a traditional association with toreros, flamenco dancers, and flamenco singers. La Cava (divided into La Cava de los Civiles and La Cava de los Gitanos) reflects this point. Plaza de Altozano is the main plaza and Calle Betis, with breathtaking views of the Guadalquivir, is full of tapas bars and nightlife spots.

What we liked the most

  • The living area has a bookcase with a good selection of books.
  • There is nice balcony overlooking the street.
  • The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, and offers good storage space for food items and cooking utensils.
  • There is a separate laundry room where you can dry your washing, or you can use the racks available in the terrace of the building.

Things to keep in mind

  • One of the bedrooms in the house is occupied by the landlady, a 45 year old woman who loves to chat, and the other one by his son.
