Neighborhood information

María Luisa Formally known as the Sur district, this area is home to a wide number of important historical sites, and is home to the majority of the installations from the Iberoamerican Exposition of 1929. Here you’ll find the Parque de María Luisa, which links Plaza de España with the Plaza de América. The Parque de María Luisa is the city’s most famous park. and there is an outdoor nightclub at the park’s edge. You’ll also find the Prado de San Sebastián, home of the main campus of the Universidad de Sevilla. In addition, this area is pure Betis territory, as it’s the home of the Estado Benito Villmarín, where Real Betis Balompié, one of Sevilla’s two major football teams, plays its home games.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen has a lot of counter space, so there is plenty of space to prepare food.
  • The property is very close to many of academic buildings.
  • The bedroom has its own heating and A/C unit right above the bed.

Things to keep in mind

  • The common areas look out onto an interior light well.
  • You may have to move the armchair in the bedroom in order to better access the closet.
