Santa Cruz: The district of Santa Cruz is considered to be one of Seville's most vibrant and exciting neighborhoods. Santa Cruz used to be Sevilla’s Jewish Quarter and had the second most-active Jewish community. Santa Cruz houses the Plaza de España, one of the city’s most emblematic sites and famous for being featured in films such as Star Wars and The Dictator.The area is known for its narrow and labyrinth streets and alleys; they lead to famous plazas such as Plaza de los Venerables, which is full of terrazas to enjoy tapas and cañas) and Plaza de Santa Cruz. The Plaza de Santa Cruz is the best place to go to have cafe while awing at the Giralda. If you live in this neighborhood, the Estadio Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán, home of Sevilla FC (one of Sevilla's top two soccer teams) will be within walking distance!

What we liked the most

  • The living room receives a lot of sunlight. Tenants will not need to turn on lights during the day!
  • There are two bathrooms with bathtubs for four rooms, so tenants won't fight over bathroom time.
  • Bedroom 1 has its own balcony.
  • The common areas (kitchen and living room) are welcoming spaces where tenants can hang out with their room mates or relax with friends.
  • The apartment building has a common rooftop from where you can see the Cathedral!
  • There is an A/C unit in the living room to keep tenants nice and cool during the hot summer months of Seville.

Things to keep in mind

  • 3 of the bedrooms have single beds, but they are well-furnished with all necessary amenities.
