This quiet, exterior apartment is located on Avenida Ronda de Triana in the Triana district, not far from the city centre. The apartment consists of two spacious bedrooms available for rent, a cosy living room with balcony access, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment also features central air conditioning as well as an extra AC unit, so we can guarantee you will be kept cool or warm whenever you need. The area of the apartment is 80m2 and you will be located nearby restaurants, bars, pubs as well as bus stations which can take you all around the city.
