The Art Nouveau villa has been extensively and faithfully restored. Features include leather furniture, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, etc., flat-screen TVs in the bedroom and living room, free Internet and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Utilities, Internet, TV and a cleaning service every other week, with bed linen and towel change, are included in the price. This apartment has a private roof terrace and a French balcony. Stuttgart city centre is easily accessible in 12 minutes. The subway station is directly opposite, and the S-Bahn can be easily reached in 7 minutes. The shopping street of Zuffenhausen offers all shopping facilities for your daily needs and is located 200 metres away. A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement.
