Perfect location and within walking distance from the S-Bahn S-Vaihingen. It is fully equipped and has e.g. a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, a spacious and modern seating area, a 55 “flat screen with HD programs and Apple TV.
The fully equipped kitchen (Coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave etc.) Doe large windows are all externally equipped with sunscreen, which is electrically operated. The apartment also has a 50,000 Mbit DSL Internet connection via WiFi. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house free of charge.
Cleaning service every other week is also included in price, as well as a private parking spot in front of the house.
