There is an open-concept kitchen and living room that provides a big and bright space. The elegant kitchen opens up to a small balcony that is the perfect place to eat meals or entertain guests. There is a full bathroom to share.

The apartment is located in an ideal location for students, professionals, and families in Benimaclet. You are walking distance from the University of Valencia and a tram-ride away from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. The neighbourhood has plenty of amenities, such as a Mercadona supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants. What's more, the beach is 5 minutes away by tram and the city centre is 5 minutes away by metro.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is a beautiful space with high ceilings, big windows, hanging light fixtures and plants, and stylish furniture pieces.
  • The apartment is equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, flat-screen TV, and an AC unit.

  • The beach is only a 5-minute tram ride away!
