This modern 70 m² apartment in Valencia's beachside Cabanyal area is for rent. The whole property has obviously been recently renovated, and has contemporary decor throughout. There is a living room / entrance hall, and a convenient kitchen.
3 minutes from the beach, and 10 minutes from the Universitat Politècnica de València, this apartment would be ideal for beach-loving students. What better than a long day studying than relaxing by the sea?
What we liked the most
- There is air conditioning.
- The decor is new, modern and stylish.
- Bedroom 2 has a balcony.
- Living just 3 minutes from the beach? Priceless!
- The university area is just a 10-minute walk away.
- There is a supermarket 30 metres away.
Things to keep in mind
- There's no elevator.
- There is a Cat currently living in the property.
- For July and August we do not accept bookings

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable
