What we liked the most

  • The living room has a lovely, airy and cool feeling. It will be a fantastic escape from the heat of midday in the summer.
  • The big shower looks great – no bumped elbows!
  • Beachside living! You can stroll to the seafront in less than 10 minutes!
  • This is an ideal location for students, with Universitat de València only a 10-15 minute walk away.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building which does not have an elevator.
