This charming 3-bedroom apartment is for rent on Carrer De Cavite in Poblats Maritims. This apartment has a cosy, comfortably-furnished living room with access to a balcony. Next to this is the open and sleek kitchen which is well-equipped with plenty of storage space. In the next room you have a spacious, shared bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

This apartment is a hop and a skip from the beach which is lined with Mediterranean and seafood restaurants. There are bus stops all around including one directly outside of the apartment. There are many bars to meet friends at for a drink or bakeries where you could grab a bite to eat.

  • The property has been renovated since the Homechecker visited it, so what you rent may be slightly different from what you see on the pictures above.

What we liked the most

  • Nearby is a fruit and vegetable shop where you can get all the fresh ingredients you need to cook.
  • If you like to play sport in the sun then there is a beach volleyball court only a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
  • The balcony and terrace of this apartment give you a nice place to sit and read a book in the sun.
  • You are allowed by the landlord to have overnight guests in this property, so your friends and family could come to stay.
  • Wi-Fi is already installed in this apartment and will be ready to go when you move in.

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment does not have access to a parking space, however there is great public transport in the area.
  • There is no elevator in this building and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor which could make it hard to access for some people.
