Right on the coast in Alboraya is this 2-bedroom apartment available to rent. The 65 m² apartment has cozy bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people. There is a spacious living room and dining area that opens up onto a terrace with incredible views of the beach nearby. The kitchen comes fully equipped and also has an attached laundry room.
The apartment on Avenida Mare Nostrum is the perfect beach side apartment! You are just minutes from the beach, which you can see from your terrace. But when you don't feel like laying in the sand, or when it's too crowded, you also have a building pool. All your basic amenities are close by, such as a grocery store, pharmacy, and salon. You also have a bus that stops nearby that takes you directly into the city center.

- The living room has a sofa bed – great for guests.
- If the beach is too crowded, you can head down to the pool.
- In the mood to relax? Sit out on the terrace and enjoy the sound of the sea.
