We think it’s ideal for a professional couple or small family. You're just outside the city centre here, with shops, restaurants, and lovely parks close by. You're also just a short stroll from the lovely Rosaleda de Montolivet.

This is a beautiful 2nd floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Carrer De Penya-Roja, Valencia. It boasts modern decor, fashionable open-plan living, and a very cool balcony.

We think this apartment is perfect for professionals looking to live on the city fringe. Halfway between the beach and the city, Camins al Grau is the perfect base from which to explore this fine city. Smoker? You can do your thing on the balcony.
