Camins al Grau also houses the southern part of the city’s beautiful park, the Turia River Gardens.

What we liked the most

  • All rooms in this bright home are fully furnished and have spacious closets.
  • The open plan kitchen and living area is very luminous, with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light.
  • There is a comfortable sofa right next to the window that gets direct sunlight.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with four high chairs.
  • The modern tiled bathroom has a large mirror with good lighting above the sink, providing a comfortable space to get ready in the mornings.
  • Bedroom 3 is the largest in the flat and has a private balcony.
  • Rent includes all utilities and bed linen.

Things to keep in mind
