En-suite single rooms are available for rent in a recently renovated residence hall next to the Valencia train station. Each room has its own desk and good storage space for personal items. This bright and welcoming residence hall provides a great range of shared amenities, including several quiet spaces to study, a dining hall and a living area with a TV. This property is located on Gran Vida Ramon y Cajal street, in the neighbourhood of Extramurs. Within a few minutes you can walk to Valencia Estacio del Nord, the most important train station in the city, where you can catch regional trains including a fast train to get to Madrid in less than 2 hours.
The residence hall is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. The minimum lease is 30 days (1 month). You can dry your washing using a rack inside the rooms or the dryer. Wi-Fi is installed. A cleaning service for the bedrooms can be provided at an additional cost. Parking is available.
The English and French speaking landlord doesn't live on the property and requires one month rent as a deposit. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Rent should be paid by bank transaction. The landlord accepts females only.

b) If you cancel 31 to 60 days before your move-in date, we will refund 50% of your first payment. The other 50% will be given to the landlord.

d) The bad news: once your booking is accepted by the landlord, you cannot recover your one-time reservation fee at any point.
