The property itself has a modern, fully furnished kitchen which has plenty of storage space for crockery and food. The living area features a long, comfortable sofa which tenants can relax on whilst watching the flat-screen TV.

Benimaclet, the closest metro station is 16 minutes from the property. This metro station provides access to lines 3 and 9. There is a tram station on the same road as the apartment, and there are many bus stops in the surrounding area.
The English speaking landlord does not live on the property and requires 1 month of rent as a deposit. Rent can be paid in cash or by bank transaction. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

This apartment can be found in the neighbourhood of Benimaclet. Benimaclet is a clear example of the rapid expansion that Valencia has experienced in the last 50 years: though originally separated from the rest of Valencia, it has since become an exciting and ethnically diverse area similar to Russafa and is considered as one of the most authentic areas of the city. Like Russafa, Benimaclet is a great area for students (the Mercadona supermarket in the area carries more products from EU than any others market!), as one can find a blend of small and local businesses that are becoming popular in many hip and modern neighbourhoods.
