The apartment is fully renovated and offers a large common area that is constantly illuminated and offers plenty of space to entertain guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and also comes with a microwave, sandwich maker, and coffee maker. This apartment is on the 4th floor which provides great views of the city from the balcony.

This apartment is in a prime location of Valencia with all modes of transportation only a short walking distance away. Nearby there are bus stops for bus lines 1, 2, 4 ,19, 30 and the night buses N8 and N9. The closest metro stop is Marítim - Serrería, which offers connections to lines 5 and 7. Conveniently enough, line 5 is the airport line. Marítim - Serrería also offers connections to Valencia's tram lines 6 and 8.
