6 Rooms are available to rent in a large, 120m2 apartment situated in Valencia's L'Eixample neighbourhood. The property has a cosy living room which has a comfortable sofa and a TV for relaxing. The apartment boasts a very spacious kitchen which is equipped with many modern appliances, a dining table, and ample storage space.
L'Eixample is a central area which is very popular amongst locals and tourists alike. Many famous monuments and nightlife areas are within walking distance from the apartment, and the Jardí del Túria is a 7 minute walk away. This property is also well-connected, as the Estació del Nord train station is just 14 minutes away.

If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.
