There are 7 large and sunny bedrooms available to rent in this shared apartment in Ciutat Vella, Valencia. At 160 sqm, the property is very spacious and comfortable, and features parquet floors throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and breakfast table. There are 2 full shared bathrooms, and a small living area with a flatscreen television.

The apartment's location in Ciutat Vella is unbeatable. You will be surrounded by historic sites, beautiful architecture, and fabulous bars and restaurants. There are many public transport options nearby, although from this prime location you can walk almost anywhere, and you will be a short bus ride from the beach!

What we liked the most

  • We love that all of the bedrooms are very spacious, luminous, and beautifully furnished.
  • There are 2 shared bathrooms, and one room has an en suite, so sharing is more manageable.
  • The property has fantastic amenities like a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven.
  • Baron de Carcer is in the heart of the old city and within walking distance of everything you will need.

Things to keep in mind

  • The only common living area is the cozy space at the entrance of the apartment.
  • The floor plan does not match correctly with the bedroom numbers. Please see video.
