4 rooms are available to rent in a spacious, 150m2 apartment with pool access in Valencia's Jesus area. This apartment has a very large living room which has comfortable seating an a flat-screen TV. The clean, sizeable kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and there is 1 toilet to share between housemates.

Jesus is a lively neighbourhood situated very close to the centre of Valencia. There are plenty of places to eat, drink and socialise near the apartment — tenants will never be bored in this vibrant neighbourhood. The apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city — Joaquín Sorolla-Jesús metro stations is 8 minutes away, and Estació del Nord train station can be reached in 20 minutes.
