This large 330 m² apartment has 9 fully furnished rooms to rent in the L'Eixample district. Tenants will share a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a television and washing machine, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 separate toilet rooms.

The apartment is located on Gran Vía Marqués de Túria, a busy residential and commercial street with a lovely tree-lined boulevard. This convenient location is close to public transport, the city centre, and the vibrant nightlife in the neighbourhood of Russafa.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport and amenities.
  • The kitchen comes with all you need to cook, 2 refrigerators and a washing machine.
  • There is a shared built-in wardrobe where you can keep bulky items you don't want in your room.
  • The living area is a great space to relax outside of the rooms, with a dining table, television and a sofa.
