The property is very bright, and decorated with a combination of modern and traditional furniture. The apartment has a large living room, and a sizeable, fully equipped kitchen to share with the live-in landlord.

This apartment is situated on Avenue Burjassot, a busy road situated in Marxalenes. The local area is residential yet lively; there are plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants nearby. You won't be living too far from the city centre - Valencia Cathedral is under 20 minutes away.
