Rooms are available to rent in an 85 m², 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer Felipe Salvador in Camins al Grau. The property is bright, with clean, contemporary decor and beautiful tiled flooring. There's a comfy living room with a balcony, a very modern kitchen and utility area, and a gorgeous interior terrace—a godsend during summer! The apartment is only for female postgraduates or professionals.

You're in a very well connected area. You can catch the tram nearby which takes you directly to the university area in one direction, and the city centre in the other. Valencia's beaches and the impressive Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències are also close by.

What we liked the most

  • We love the interior patio with its cosy eating area.
  • There's also a balcony leading from the living room.
  • The decor throughout is sleek, modern and clean.
  • Marítim-Serrería tram and metro stop is nearby, making it quick to get to UPV in one direction and the city centre in the other.

Things to keep in mind

  • The white door in the internal patio leads to the landlord's private storage. Tenants will not have access.
