This 95 m², 5-bedroom apartment has rooms to rent in the Ciutat Vella of Valencia. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that has plenty of worktop surfaces for meal preparation. The living area is compact, but there is a table with chairs and it is located in the centre of the apartment. There is 1 full bathroom to share, and bedroom 5 has an ensuite.
The apartment is in Plaça del Dramaturg Faust Hernández Casajuana, a square in Valencia's Ciutat Vella neighbourhood. You will be living in a historic area, where local streets are narrow and full of character. This central neighbourhood is popular amongst locals and tourists alike - there is a bar or restaurant on every corner!

- The bathroom has a bathtub.
- This apartment is in Ciutat Vella, the charming, historical centre of Valencia.
