This 120 m², 5-bedroom apartment in the Extramurs district has rooms available to rent. All the bedrooms have windows facing the street, providing plenty of natural light. The living room is fully furnished and doubles as a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen which opens up onto a small interior balcony.

Extramurs is a residential neighborhood, popular for its great location and variety of day and night options. On Gran Vía, the apartment is well-connected by metro and is surrounded by popular Spanish chains such as Mercadona for groceries and Fnac for electronics.

If you are between 18 and 30 years old, this apartment is for you.

What we liked the most

  • All the bedrooms come with a private key.
  • The living room is the perfect place to relax with a flat-screen TV
  • The cabinets in the corridors are well-organized; one for each tenant.
  • There are 3 toilets – great for 5 people!
  • You can't beat the location! Surrounded by shops and well-connected by metro.
