  • Bodega la Pascuala is known for its giant bocadillos (sandwiches)
  • L’Estimat is the place to go in Valencia for paella. Pricey though.
  • La Más Bonita is perfect for brunch by the sea.

What else?

Spend summer days swimming and sunbathing at La Malvarrosa or Patacona beaches.

The weather is mild even in winter. The seafront is always full of people rollerblading or cycling. Join in!

The former mayor tried to demolish hundreds of protected buildings. Residents campaigned to stop her, and won. The money will now be spent on helping regenerate the district. People power!

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator.
  • A desk can be added in any of the bedrooms if required by the tenant.
