The apartment opens into a huge living and dining room. with lots of seating (2 3-person couches!) and a TV, plus decorative shelving and features. The living room has views to the opera house and the Túria river, and the dining room has 2 tables with chairs - one large and one small.

The kitchen is a large, shared room with a lot of counter space and all the necessary appliances including a double sink, an oven, 4-ring gas stove, large fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and cupboards and drawers throughout. The kitchen also has access to a private terrace, which is the only smoking-friendly area of the apartment, and which also houses the clothes line.

There are 2 bathrooms in the property, one of which is reserved for the landlady. The shared bathroom has a toilet and bidet, sink and shower-over-bath, and some storage space.

This is a great neighbourhood to live in, with plenty of places to exercise, walk and enjoy the weekends. There are also plenty of shops and supermarkets close by for convenience.
