There are rooms for rent in this chic 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Carrer de Peris Brell in Camins al Grau. The generous 90 m² footprint includes a living room with a sofa and TV which also opens on to kitchen which is similarly well-equipped.

The Mercado Colón is 20-minutes away by bus, while closer to the apartment you will find a supermarket and a few restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Jardi D'Ayora park and the Palacete de Ayora museum are only a 5-minute walk away as well.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The bathroom is modern and has a sink, toilet and shower.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
  • The University of Valencia is within half an hour by Metro.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
  • There is no parking available at this apartment.
