Rooms are available for rent in a 5-bedroom flat in Ciutat Vella, Valencia. The shared areas are the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms, with the kitchen having a microwave, oven, electric stove, and washing machine. The 2 bathrooms both have a toilet, bidet, sink, and shower. 2 of the bedrooms also have access to their own private balcony.
There are dozens of shops and restaurants here, as well as bus stops and a supermarket. The Catholic University of Valencia is also only seconds away, making this a great location for students who don't want a long commute!
