What we liked the most

  • This place has lots of beautiful, bright light.
  • Marble tiling and counter spaces featured in the apartment give it that something extra.
  • Universitat de València is a quick 15-minute walk from the apartment.
  • Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and other central hot-spots are easily accessible by public transport in less than 40 minutes of travel.

Things to keep in mind

  • Tenants who leave the room and sheets clean upon exiting the property will not be charged the extra cleaning fee – finally, tidiness and organization is rewarded.
  • College is a time for socializing, but they will have to be done at another location as this place is a "party-free" zone. Good news: No parties, no cleaning... no cleaning fee...
