Things to keep in mind

  • Tenants who leave the room and sheets clean upon exiting the property will not be charged the extra cleaning fee – finally, tidiness and organization is rewarded.
  • College is a time for socializing but they will have to be done at another location as this place is a "party-free" zone. Good news: No parties, no cleaning... no cleaning fee...
