This is a spacious 1st floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Joan Estellés,València. Share a home-cooked meal in the living area, followed by a nightcap on the terrace. Nice.

This apartment is ideal for those who want a social flat, in a quiet neighbourhood. Smoking is permitted on the terrace. Good news for our smoker friends.
