What can I do here?

Take a lazy boat ride across the lake in Parque de Cabecera. The boats are giant white swans that you have to peddle. What could be more romantic...? (Apart from riding on the back of a real giant swan.)

Bioparc Valencia is here, too.

This immersive zoo sits in 10 hectares of parkland. The animals mix with like species. So you'll see antelopes and giraffes together. Lions and apes, rhinos and raccoons, they're all here.

Explore the old streets around Plaça de l'Església. Try each bar and decide which is your favourite. (Bar Campanar, in the plaza corner, is a good place to start.)

Hungry? The good chefs at El Racó de la Paella are experts in… paella. People say it's yummier than a butterscotch-and-bacon sunbeam.
