You will love the living room. Snug couches, cool art on the walls, and tons of sunlight. Everything you need to relax in style.

We think it’s ideal for a female student. Paterna is not what you'd call central, but it's close to some of the campuses of the Universitat de Valencia.

This is a great 3rd floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer Dauradella, Valencia. It has a cosy living room, lovely decor, and it has a swimming pool to fight off the heat.

We think this apartment is perfect for students. In Paterna, you can forget about those long, dreary commutes and never be late to class again.

What we liked the most

  • Lounging in the living room – drinks, anyone?
  • Soaking up the decor – it's all in the details.
  • Swimming in the pool – good ol' summer fun.

Things to keep in mind

  • There's a washing machine but no dryer – no probs, just set up a drying rack and you're good to go.
  • There'll be a desk instead of a couch in Bedroom 1.
  • Rooms in this apartment are available to tenants female aged 18-30 years only.
  • Each tenant must clean her room.
  • If the tenant does not wish to clean her room, the LL can do it for 40 euros.
