The happy home
Because that’s what the sign says
Will I like it here?
Probably. The bedrooms are fantastic. There’s an open kitchen and a living area. The sign above the sofa promises happy times. Just what you’re after.
Really? Tell me more...
You enter directly into the kitchen. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine – thank the powers that be.
We think this is great for students. You’re downtown. It’s where the action is. You can walk to several schools. Or take the metro – it's nearby.

It's perfect for students. Several schools are close. Check out the latest movies. Cines Lys is around the corner. Meet with friends in hip cafés.

Your historic, vibrant and central home
Valencia's most ancient district welcomes you.
Narrow stone streets enclose you.
14th-century ramparts surround you.
A progressive alternative vibe embraces you.
Welcome to Ciutat Vella. What will you discover?
What can I do here?
Pass through the iconic Torres de Serranos. Lose yourself in the cobbled avenues and vibrant streets.
You'll find street art and ramshackle shops. Tiny cafes with tiny terraces serving great food. Some of Valencia's best nightlife spots are here, too.
Admire Ciutat Vella's architectural treasures:
In Plaça de Lope de Vega, you can find a building that is only 107 cm wide. It's the narrowest home in Europe. Cosy.
