You will love the living room. It's the perfect spot to chill and bond with your new flatmates. Need some fresh air? Just step out onto the standing balcony and get some vitamin D.
We think it’s ideal for students. Mislata is quiet, affordable, and well-connected via public transport. You can take the Metro to school and be in downtown Valencia in no time.
Your top 3 reasons to live here:
- The living room is all set to entertain.
- The standing balcony is great for people-watching.
- La Canaleta Park is a 5-minute walk away.
But you need to know this...
- Mislata is a bit far from Central Valencia – good thing you have public transport nearby.

- Smoking is allowed in the apartment, but only in outdoor areas.

This is a spacious 3rd floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer De La Mare Ràfols, Valencia. It has a generous living room, a breezy balcony, and it's close to some really cool parks.
We think this apartment is perfect for students. Granted, Mislata is not a super central location, but its laid-back vibes will help you focus on school. Smoker? You can puff away on the balcony.
Important:
- The living room you see in the video has been turned into bedroom number 4 by the landlord and does not belong to the common areas anymore. The kitchen is still shared.
What we liked the most
- Chilling in the living room – much better with coffee.
- People-watching on the balcony – wave and smile.
- Walking to the park – nothing like a little cardio.
Things to keep in mind
- There's a washing machine but no dryer – no probs, just air dry your clothes on the balcony.
