This is a 3rd floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer dels Lleons, Valencia. Made up of 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen, this place is simple modern and elegant.
It is perfect for students. Everything you need is within walking or a commutable distance, so you can enjoy those extra moments in bed in a morning. Smokers can do so outside on the balcony :)
What we liked the most
- Snoozing your alarm because you don't have to commute very far at all.
- Waking up and opening the curtains to the bright sunshine.
- Living within walking distance of some of Valencia's most beautiful attractions.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only 1 bathroom in the property.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

- The contract type is monthly, which means that the tenant will have to pay for the entire month of check-in and check-out as well, regardless of the moving dates.
