This property is ideal for anyone after a quieter location. You’ll be within walking distance of one of Valencia's best beaches. And if that's not enough, you can get to the city centre easily as well.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- ALLOWED LENGTHS OF STAY: Your booking will only be accepted if it lasts until the end of June 2024. We want full course bookings.
- At the entrance to the property, it is mandatory to pay as a forecast of expenses: 100€ for rooms rents, 200€ for studios and 300€ for apartments.
- Tenants under 35 years old only
- Check-in hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 - 14:00 and 16:00-20:00. Check ins made in other hours will charge a fee of 50€
- The rooms are expected cleaned at the end of the stay. A fee between €50 - €90 will be charged if not.
- Required documentation: ID / Passport
- Bed linen: yes, provided
- Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian
- Your landlord does not live on the property.
