You have a great hosting layout. The kitchen is open plan. Plus there is plenty of seating space. So, you can cook and socialise at the same time. Productive and pleasant!

This is a 2nd floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Avinguda de Pérez Galdós, Valencia. It's a really lovely home. Both modern and comfortable, this is a practical space that comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you need.
It is perfect for professionals. The great public transport most likely reduces your commute time. Also, you've got supermarkets and all your essentials nearby. So, you can truly enjoy your time out the office instead of commuting and running errands all the time.
What we liked the most
- Pumping up the A/C in those warm, summer months.
- Cooking up a storm for housemates and friends in the fully equipped, modern kitchen unit.
- Snoozing your alarm in the morning because you can afford those extra hours in bed.
